How billing works in Corpis

Updated: 2026-07-24

Billing works like this: there is a free plan with a weekly message limit and a 3-day Pro trial that needs no card; the agent brain is metered in credits, and your current plan, balance and limits live in the billing section. The exact numbers change and stay on a separate pricing page.

Free plan and Pro trial

You can start for free and without a card. The free plan gives you an agent with a weekly message limit — enough to build an agent, connect it to a Telegram bot or a widget, and see how it replies.

The Pro trial runs for 3 days and needs no card on file: it is a way to see how the paid plan works before paying anything. The exact free-plan and Pro limits are listed on the pricing page.

Brain usage is metered in credits

The agent brain is a rented model (LLM), and every reply it produces costs compute. In Corpis this usage is measured in credits: generating a reply deducts credits from your balance. Creating an agent, editing settings, uploading a knowledge base or changing the body spend no credits — you pay for the brain doing work.

Metering is shared across all channels: a reply in your private chat, in the Telegram bot, in the on-site widget and on the agent's public page all draw from the same balance. There are no per-channel counters.

Where to see limits and balance

Your current plan, credit balance and limits are shown in the billing section. It also shows the status of the Pro trial, if active, and when the message limit refreshes.

The message limit refreshes automatically on its own schedule — on the free plan it is weekly. You do not pay for the counter to reset: a new window opens on its own.

FAQ

Do I need a card to start?

No. The free plan and the 3-day Pro trial both work without a card on file. A card or SBP is only needed when you decide to pay for a paid plan.

What exactly spends credits?

Credits are deducted for the agent brain replies — the actual text generation by the model. Creating an agent, editing settings, uploading a knowledge base or changing the body spend no credits. Metering is shared across chat, Telegram, the widget and the public page.

Where do I see my balance and limits?

In the billing section: it shows your current plan, credit balance, message limit and when it refreshes. Current plan prices are on the pricing page.

How long is a paid plan valid?

A paid plan is valid for 30 days from activation, which happens automatically right after payment. Renewal is a repeat payment of the chosen plan.
